At Cufflinks Palace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided you include a valid packing slip (included with all orders). All sales past 30 days are considered final and non-returnable.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 14 business days to process. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (see below). For your protection, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method (UPS, FedEx, DHL), as we cannot process refunds for items lost during return shipping.
Please ensure all items are securely packaged and individually protected when returning them. Items damaged due to improper packaging may be ineligible for refund. If your order included a presentation box with elastic straps, please ensure the cufflinks are properly secured in all straps.
Important Exceptions:
Custom & Personalized Items: We cannot accept returns for custom, personalized, or engraved items unless there is an error on our part. This includes photo cufflinks, monogrammed pieces, and custom designs.
Free Gifts: If you keep the free gift but return the main order, a $35 gift fee will be deducted from your refund.
Engraving Fees: These are non-refundable.
Return Scenarios:
Our Error (Wrong/Damaged Item): Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sa**@*************ce.com with photos and your order number. We’ll cover return shipping and issue a full refund.
Change of Mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs. The refund will exclude original shipping fees (or $10 for free-shipping orders).
To initiate a return, email sa**@*************ce.com with your order details. We will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
