One per household, available while supplies last. If orders are returned, and the free gift kept, you will be charged $29 for the gift. Engraving fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

You can enjoy free shipping on orders over US$89. Otherwise, Premium Shipping costs US$6. If you choose Express Shipping, it starts at $29.99 USD.
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Wrong Shipping Information
- If you have left the wrong shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.

As a retail business, our prices may change in response to trends, stock, and demand from the consumer. As such we are not able to refund the difference.
The prices shown on our website refer only to the value of the products. However, during checkout, a delivery fee may be added to the total purchase price. If the price difference is much higher than expected, please contact our by email: sa**@*************ce.com

If your credit or debit card was declined, please check the following:

Usually, we can modify the order information for you before delivery, such as zip code, address, product replacement, etc. But please contact us as soon as possible.
As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – We know you want to receive your package ASAP! Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are only able to cancel your order if it has not been processed at our warehouse. In case your order is already forwarded to the carrier, unfortunately, we can't cancel it, so it is important to contact us ASAP.

Returns & Exchanges
We understand how difficult it can be to choose personal items online. Don't worry! Our policy lasts 30 days. All orders can be returned/exchanged for a full refund within 30 days, with proof of purchase. Refunds do not include shipping cost.

Cufflinks Palace stands behind its products and is proud to offer a 90 days warranty on all products. If an item breaks during regular use, please let us know and we will replace it for you. This warranty covers all cufflinks, including custom and engraved items, as well as all cases and accessories.
